Apple had just released their latest iPod model, iPod Nano.

Equiped with a 1.5 inch color LCD, the iPod Nano is sleek and slim. Never before has something so small held so many possibilities.

Up to 1,000 songs. Full-color album art and photos. Podcasts. Audiobooks. Games, clocks, contacts and calendars. All in an iPod that weighs less than a single CD case.

You have an option of either the 2 or 4 gigabyte model priced at $199 and $249 respectively. The iPod Nano comes in black or white.

I’m sure glad I didn’t buy the iPod Mini.

Former nuclear designer, Robert D. Hunt of Hunt Aviation Corp has come up with a new “gravity powered aircraft technology” that he claims can accomplish sustained fuel-less flight. Hunt has designed a new hybrid aircraft: a “gravity-powered aircraft” which is a fixed wing, ridged skin airplane made of lightweight and modern composite materials.

Would love to see this product as an affordable personal aircraft.

Adidas said that it has agreed to buy Reebok for $59 a share, or $3.8 billion, combining two brands with links to both athletics and lifestyle.

They will be going up against sporting giant Nike.

Nike’s annual sales are approximately $14 billion worldwide. Adidas has about $8 billion in annual sales while Reebok has nearly $4 billion.

Adidas apparels were first made popular by Run DMC. They were the driving force behind the Adidas jumpsuit craze of the 80’s.

Even Bob Marley was a fan of Adidas, being an avid footballer.
