My new toy

Wooohooo … I just got a new toy. This is the Tippman A-5 paintball marker. I must admit I’ve been sucked into this paintball fever and obviously saw the need to relive my childhood again. Weeeee!

Let me take you step by step on how a little kid like me rips apart the package. Here’s what you see when you open the box.

The Tippmann A-5 marker with Cyclone Feed System. This paintball marker comes with a stock 8.5 inch barrel. Not so good so I would need to change the barrel for great accuracy and distance.

The 200 round wide mouth hopper. This is for storing paintballs. Very much like a bullet magazine.

Tippmann barrel sock. The barrel sock is used to cover the barrel when not shooting. This is to ensure safety, making sure there’s no misfire when you are around unprotected bystanders.

Barrel cleaner. Everyone knows that a clean barrel is essential for accuracy. I don’t have a 12 inch finger so this is handy.

Gun oil. The inners of the marker is pneumatic so proper lubrication is needed.

Papa, Mama & Baby Allen keys and a spare O ring. Tools needed to strip my baby apart. O ring acts as a sealent for connecting parts.

Everything comes with a manual don’t they?

I bought this remote line (not included in the package) so I can carry the gas tank on my harness.

Here’s the A-5 stripped without any tools. Allen keys are needed to strip the upper receiver, Cyclone Feeder and gas line.
I will be adding more upgrades to it and will post more photos when I’ve pimped out the A-5. Weeeeee!

pantat!!! mak oi!!! mahai-nye!!!!
if u bring me this gun i bet u … i can fabricate it at half the cost!
So can I … but at half the cost. I think not. There are plastic parts and molding them won’t be cheap if quantity is only 1. Some parts are also die-cast aluminium. If you replace them with metal then it would end up very heavy.
But then again … the cost of it includes tax and profits of the seller. You can’t just buy this off the Internet and ask them to send it to you. It won’t pass customs.
wo… its really cool man…
