9 monitors to juggle your work

So you think that Bill Gates’ 3 monitor rig is cool? The guys at e-consultancy rigged up 9!
Now how’s that for efficiency? If you wanna experience multi monitor environment without extra hardware, try MaxiVista. You need to have at least 2 computers though.
Update: Bah … just noticed that pic above is a Photoshopped version of Danny Sullivan’s rig. Lame attempt. Karma removed.

WOW, this is mind-blowing! Reminds me of the film Swordfish
- MENJ
that is amazing. but I doubt one can get much work done with it…
unless, one is a security guard… or a stalker… or…
Dude I ain’t got enough eyes to see 9 screens! haha
That is way cool — I’m envious in a way — but would not wish to need that many monitors for my work.
I’m also interested in computers in the workplace. I’m trying to find out about how people are dealing with spyware etc…in the workplace and am looking for people to answer my 5 minute survey about this.
The project examines how individuals in different countries use their
work computers and/or laptop computers. It also asks how they protect
their work computers and/or laptops from security risks.
Anyone 18 years or older living in the UK, USA, Australia, Singapore,
or the Netherlands are invited to fill out this short survey.
The survey can be found:

We expect to complete the study by Nov/Dec 2006 and a summary of the
results will be displayed on my website:

The study has been approved by Queen’s University Belfast Research
Ethics Committee.
Also, if you would be so kind as to ask friends, colleagues, and family
to answer the survey I would really appreciate it!
Kind Regards,

Yes, you got it - one of my colleagues decided to knock something up in Photoshop. Shame, I know, though 9 screens is probably a few too many ; )
I’m working on a two-monitor setup - definite improvements to efficiency, reduced headaches etc.
